Available from today, highlights include five year fixed rates at 2.39% (reduced from 2.59% - at 65% LTV, £950 arrangement fee) and a 2.59% (reduced from 2.79% until 31.03.20, 65% LTV, ERCs payable to 31.03.20 and no arrangement fee).
