Rates start from 2.19% at 65% LTV. Also available is a 75% LTV at 2.35% and a 90% LTV at 2.89%.
All products offer ERCs payable to 30.09.19 and come with no arrangement fee.
Last week, Coventry launched a new range of seven-year fixed residential mortgages, including a rate of 1.99% available up to 50% LTV, and an 85% LTV from 2.55%.
The Coventry also reduced rates across its two and five-year fixed residential products.
