Karen will be based in the Bank’s Milton Keynes office and, via her team of case managers and underwriters, is responsible for the customer application journey, through to the release of funds.
Karen joins from Mortgage Brain where she was lender development manager, responsible for developing and managing relationships between the mortgage software solutions provider and 25 mortgage lenders.
Prior to that, Karen spent much of her 35 years in financial services at Connells and Skipton Group.
