Investec's two core mortgage products include the Professional Mortgage designed for qualified professionals earning over £75,000 per annum wanting to borrow between £250,000 and £1million, and the £Million+ Mortgage targeting borrowers with a minimum income of £300,000 and net assets in excess of £3 million.
Peter Izard, who was recruited earlier this year to spearhead Investec’s push into the large loans market, said:
