New products include a two-year 60% LTV residential mortgage at 1.24%, and a lower rate two-year 75% LTV with a discounted rate of 1.34% and no application or product fees.
Also available is a two-year 75% LTV interest-only mortgage reduced by 0.50% to 1.49%.
