The offer will be available for customers who apply for a qualifying mortgage before 2nd January 2017.
In addition, customers will also qualify for other offers such as the ongoing Hassle Free mortgage service, which offers free basic legals, free property assessment and no mortgage account fee or product fee on selected mortgages.
Lloyds Bank remortgage products include a two-year fix from 2.64% up to 75% LTV and from 2.79% up to 80% LTV.
Five-year fixed remortgage rates are available from 2.74%.
