Those that apply today, through to 6 September, and complete before 1st December, will receive one standard monthly payment refunded in to the bank account that pays their mortgage by 31st December - up to £1,000.
Remortgage rates from Lloyds Bank include a 2 year fixed at 0-60% LTV from 1.59%, and a 2 year fixed at 60-75% LTV from 1.79%.
