The range includes a two year fixed rate remortgage at 60% LTV reduced to 1.54% (previously 1.74%) with £995 fee for Club Lloyds customers, and a two year fixed rate remortgage at 60% LTV reduced to 1.94% (previously 2.14%) with £0 fee for Club Lloyds customers.

In addition, two year fixed 60% LTV homemover and first time buyer rates are also being reduced by 0.25%. Any customer with a Club Lloyds current account can receive an additional mortgage rate reduction of 0.20%.

Andy Hulme, Mortgages Director at Lloyds Bank said:

"These new rates are a great option for those looking to save money on their monthly payments when remortgaging. Many people, particularly those on standard variable rates, could save money by fixing their mortgage payments.

“Coupled with the current £500 cashback offer, these changes are another example of our commitment to help those already on the property ladder.”
