Its sales team has an average of 10 years’ service with Kensington and 28 years on average in financial services while its business development team has an average of 8 years at Kensington and 18 years in financial services.
Additionally, Kensington’s underwriters have an average of 19 years’ experience in financial services, and more than 4 years with Kensington.
Kensington believes its staff’s long service will be crucial for its expansion plans given the rising market share of intermediaries in the mortgage market – intermediaries’ share of mortgage lending is growing strongly and is forecast to hit 75% by 2016.
