Marsden’s older borrower range sees a reduction in rates across all of its products, with pricing starting at 2.39% for a two-year discount, 2.59% for a three-year discount, plus two-year fixes at 2.89%.
Marsden's residential products now start from 1.49% for a two-year discount up to 80% LTV, rising to 2.09% at 90% LTV and 2.39% for a two-year fix at 90% LTV.
Buy-to-let rates have been reduced to 2.29% up to 75% LTV.
Added benefits for residential and buy-to-let borrowers include free standard valuation for properties and fees assisted remortgage legals valued up to £500k when using the Marsden’s nominated legal firm. Additionally, all products are fully portable, offering the borrower the chance to make 5% annual overpayment.
The Marsden has also announced a number of new criteria and changes including no upfront booking fees, and interest-only and repayment available up to 60% LTV for remortgages and house purchases.
