Network members of PFA will now be able to access the Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead mortgage range which includes homebuyer, remortgage and additional borrowing products for both repayment and interest-only options.
In its mainstream mortgage product range, Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead offers:
- Homebuyer products (repayment) up to a maximum of 90% LTV;
- Remortgage products (repayment) up to a maximum of 85% LTV;
- Both homebuyer and remortgage product options (interest-only) up to a maximum LTV of 75%.
All products are only available through intermediaries and Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead also has a number of exclusive mortgage products available via its website to PFA member firms.
Lloyds TSB Scotland Spearhead’s website also provide a streamlined access point for intermediaries accessing its range of mortgage products, allowing them to help and meet their clients’ needs quickly and efficiently.
