"Advisers know the value of a lender which can look at a case individually and treat it on its merits rather than adopting a ‘computer says no’ approach."

Earl Shilton’s range covers a range of sectors including mainstream residential – purchase and remortgage, first-time buyers, interest-only, part and part, lending into retirement and those working in later years – up to age 85, and self-build.

From today, LMS will deliver fees assisted remortgages to Loughborough Building Society and its customers. LMS will offer customers access to TrackMyCase, allowing them to track the progress of their case online, along with the provision of the customer service helpdesk.

John Coffield, Head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, commented: “Advisers know the value of a lender which can look at a case individually and treat it on its merits rather than adopting a ‘computer says no’ approach. This is certainly the underwriting procedure operated by Earl Shilton Building Society and, along with its ability to lend in a variety of specialist areas, means it is will be a valuable addition to the Paradigm lender panel."

Paul Tilley, Chief Executive, Earl Shilton Building Society, said: “We are delighted to have been added to the Paradigm lender panel and believe that our service offering will further enhance the distributor’s already strong and diverse proposition. We look forward to working closely with John and his team for the benefit of Paradigm’s intermediary members.”

Andy Knee, managing director of LMS, commented: “I am pleased to announce that LMS will be providing conveyancing services to Loughborough Building Society and its customers. Not only is the partnership a further vote of confidence in our services, but working closely with another building society will place LMS at the forefront of the market. It is exciting to work with such a historic institution, and to aid the delivery of a fantastic service to its customers.”

Caroline Joyce at Loughborough Building Society, added: “LMS has extensive experience working with building societies across the UK and a reputation for innovative products and a high standard of service – they are a natural partner for Loughborough Building Society. LMS’ products will enhance our customer offering and improve the conveyancing process for them by, for instance, tracking the progress of cases in real time. We look forward to building a long-lasting relationship with Andy and the LMS team.”
