Brokers can submit customers’ bridging applications for an immediate decision either directly to Precise Mortgages, ensuring 3mc is noted as the distributor, or 3mc will package the deal on behalf of the mortgage intermediary. 3mc is currently paying intermediaries a 1.5% procuration fee on all Precise Mortgages’ deals.
