Precise enters new build market for first time

Precise Mortgages, the intermediary only lender, has changed its criteria across its entire BTL and Home Owner range to allow New Build properties.

There are no LTV restrictions on houses or flats and products are available nationwide in England, Scotland and selected postcodes in Scotland.

Alan Cleary, Managing Director of Precise Mortgages says:
