Precise revamps Help to Buy range

Precise Mortgages has made a series of enhancements to its Help to Buy range, backed up by a service commitment to ensure cases are turned around within three weeks.

Precise has cut rates across a number of its tracker and two, three and five-year fixed rate products, with rates now starting from 3.74%.

The lender's Priority Processing Team will assess cases within 48 hours of receipt and making an offer within 21 days.

It will now also accept Debt Management Plans as a monthly commitment, as well as considering customers with limited CCJs, defaults and adverse credit.

James Chidgey, New Build Relationship Manager at Mortgage Advice Bureau, said: “Any improvement to specialist products which support Help to Buy is something to be welcomed.

“With rates starting from 3.74% and a Priority Processing Team in place, Precise Mortgages is demonstrating its commitment to helping first time buyers get a mortgage.”
