Helene Hughes has joined Principality as a desk based business development manager having worked as a senior underwriter at the Society for the past five years. Previously, Helene has worked for Barclays and ING Direct as a Mortgage Specialist and Underwriter.
Helene said: “I am really looking forward to the fresh challenge. Having been a senior underwriter at the Society for 5 years my granular knowledge of lending criteria will be invaluable to brokers. My key priority will be to build strong business relationships with our intermediary partners, sharing the Principality’s broker proposition.”
Principality Building Society’s Head of Regulatory Sales, Shaun Middleton, added: “As part of our focused growth strategy, Helene is another key appointment in supporting our brokers and networks. It’s really important to the Society to have a strong support intermediary team that are there to answer any queries. Helene has fantastic experience and will be a huge asset to the team at our Head Office in Cardiff.”
