Announced earlier this month, the product will initially be available through intermediaries only, with five-year fixed rates available from 2.45% with no product fee and a free valuation.
Julia Debattista, new build business development manager at Principality Building Society, said: “Having listened to broker feedback we are delighted to be introducing a Help to Buy England mortgage product to our range.
"Last year Principality helped more than 5,000 first time buyers get on to the property ladder. We’ve supported the Help to Buy Wales scheme since it launched and now look forward to helping clients across England.”
