The lender is launching a new three year fix at 85 per cent LTV exclusively for Loyal Movers, at 4.09 per cent with no fee. Santander is also offering £500 off fees on its other Loyal Mover products.
In addition it has also launched two new two year fix deals exclusively for Current Account customers:
- New two year fix at 70 per cent LTV, available to all homebuyers and remortgagors, at 2.65 per cent with £745 fee.
- New two year fix at 75 per cent LTV, available to all homebuyers and remortgagors, at 2.79 per cent with £745 fee.
Both the above products come with either the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution respectively. The Homebuyer Solution offers borrowers the added benefits of a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.
