Skipton launches bespoke £1m mortgage service

Skipton Intermediaries has announced the launch of Skipton Bespoke - a new proposition specifically tailored to the complex needs of the larger loan market.

Skipton Bespoke is designed to help brokers who have clients with unique requirements when it comes to applying for mortgages over £1m.

The service is tailored to meet brokers’ client’s needs, allowing them to not only choose, but to mix and match key product elements to create their own unique mortgage. Clients will be able to choose the product term, fee and blend of product incentives they require to best suit their needs.

The service also offers flexible underwriting by an experienced larger loan team who will work closely with brokers to ensure all cases are individually assessed and brokers are updated straight away; a dedicated support team to answer any questions; and direct access to Skipton Building Society’s Product Team to help design the exact product for the client.
