The products are all free of fees for either purchase or remortgage with free valuation and free standard legals for remortgages.
The range includes:
- Fee free 2 Year Discount at 1.69% to 50% LTV;
- Fee free 2 Year Discount at 1.75% to 60% LTV;
- Fee free 2 Year Discount at 1.89% to 75% LTV;
- Fee free 2 Year Discount at 2.14% to 80% LTV;
- Fee free 2 Year Discount at 2.55% to 85% LTV;
- Fee free 2 Year Discount at 3.25% to 90% LTV.
