Spicerhaart rolls out Just Mortgages brand

Spicerhaart is giving its High Street independent mortgage brokerage service a new name and a new identity, with their Just Mortgages brand set to roll out at the end of this month

The distinctive purple coloured Just Mortgages logo will start appearing in Spicerhaart’s entire 200 plus strong branch network, which trades as Darlows, haart, Haybrook, Felicity J Lord, FINE and Spicer McColl, from mid-October onwards.

Simple, direct and to the point, Just Mortgages will provide mortgage and protection advice to both Spicerhaart and non-Spicerhaart customers throughout the country. A website, www.justmortgages.co.uk, to support the brand will go live at the same time.

The move by Spicerhaart follows its decision to join the Legal & General Network as an Appointed Representative. All 85 Just Mortgages staff are currently completing an accreditation programme with Legal & General prior to be licensed to sell its products.

Paul Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Spicerhaart, said:

“We strongly believe that there is a real need in the marketplace for an independent broker such as Just Mortgages that can provide consumers with simple, straightforward mortgage and protection advice supported by a level of service that is second to none.”

Last year the number of people applying for mortgages with Spicerhaart rose nearly 21% on 2010. Spicerhaart’s network of financial advisors are currently processing over 500 mortgage applications a month.
