Products include a remortgage-only 2-year discounted rate of 2.69% (2.90% below SVR) up to 80% LTV and a 2-year rate of 3.49% up to 85% LTV, both with no early repayment charges or fees.
Rates on 2-year fixes stand at 2.45% to 80% LTV and 3.99% to 90% LTV, both with a £199 application fee and an £800 completion fee, while valuation fees will be refunded up to £400.
