The Property Franchise Group trades under the property brand names of Martin & Co, nationally, Whitegates in the north and midlands, CJ Hole in Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire, Parkers along the M4 corridor and Ellis & Co inside the M25.

The Property Franchise Group’s offices in association with London & Country will offer mortgages across the “whole of market” rather than from a limited panel

The Property Franchise Group says it hopes to be a ‘one-stop-shop’ when buying, selling or mortgaging a property.

Ian Wilson, CEO of The Property Franchise Group, commented:

“We are delighted to have entered into a partnership with London & Country and we can now offer our clients an efficient financial services solution anywhere in the UK. We chose telephone and web fulfilment because people are busy and do not find it convenient to attend long meetings with mortgage advisers. Once you are a customer you can track the progress of your case on-line. You know the mortgage is the best in the market for your needs and you will pay no fee for the advice”.

Phillip Cartwright, Managing Director of London & Country, added:

“Our partnership with The Property Franchise Group is mutually beneficial and we are delighted to be associated with the UK’s largest property franchisor. They have one of the biggest client bases in the sector and we are looking forward to helping their customers take advantage of our award winning, fee free service.”
