Proc fees for TMA members have increased by 10 basis points from 0.25% to 0.35% on Northern Rock mortgage products and to 0.30% on Halifax products.

In addition TMA pays out a very competitive 0.34% on Leeds products and 0.32% on Coventry products.

This is just one of a number of improvements TMA members have benefited from in the three months since LSL purchased TMA.

In addition TMA now has a range of competitive exclusive mortgages and is in discussion with a number of new lenders, both national and regional, which will be able to provide a whole range of new mortgages to TMA members.

Phil Whitehouse, Head of The Mortgage Alliance says:

“TMA has always fought hard to get the best deals for brokers but now has the added strength and impetus of LSL behind it to help make this happen.

"The increase in procuration fees and the increase in the number of exclusive products have both got to be good news for brokers, but we are working hard to bring in a raft of new improvements for our members to benefit from.”
