TSB cuts high-LTV two-year fixed rates by 0.20%

TSB has reduced its two-year fixed rates at between 90-95% LTV by 0.20% for residential house purchase borrowers.

The bank has also increased rates by up to 0.20% on a range of five-year fixed rate remortgage products.

Five-year fixes up to 75% LTV will increase by between 10 and 20bps for residential borrowers.

Two-year fixed rates for buy-to let-remortgage borrowers up to 75% LTV will see rates rise by 0.20%.

At the end of last month TSB removed its three-year fixed rate for residential borrowers and increased selected two-year and five-year remortgage fixed rates between 75-80% LTV.

The lender advanced £5.8 billion in new mortgage loans in the first nine months of 2017, up 17.5% on the same period last year, according to its financial results for the first nine months of 2017.
