TSB Intermediary signs 8,000 brokers in first year

In the twelve months since TSB mortgages became available through brokers, TSB Intermediary has welcomed over 18,000 new customers.

In the first month following launch, TSB’s Intermediary hotlines took just 1,600 calls, but by November 2015 this had grown by 412% to over 8,200 calls.

TSB Intermediary has now signed up 8,000 brokers and launched 140 new products.

Roland McCormack, TSB’s Mortgage Intermediary Director, said:
