MPowered cuts all fixed rates by up to 0.50%

Purchase rates now start from 4.42%.

MPowered Mortgages has reduced rates across its entire fixed rate mortgage range.

Two-year purchase now start from 4.52% at 60% LTV with a £999 arrangement fee, while remortgage rates start from 4.57%. Fee-free equivalent rates start from 4.69% for purchase and 4.84% for remortgage.

Three-year purchase rates have reduced to 4.42% at 60% LTV with a £1,999 fee and 4.67% fee-free, while remortgage rates have reduced to 4.49% with a £999 fee.

Five-year fixd rates are available from 4.42% at 60% LTV with a £1,999 fee and 4.44% fee-free. Remortgage rates start from 4.44% wth a £999 fee and 4.64% fee-free.

In addition to the new rates, all remortgage products come with a choice of either a £500 cashback or can benefit from the the lender's legal assist feature, which supports towards legal fees.
