Arc Property Solicitors, one of the UK’s largest online conveyancing firms, has enjoyed tremendous year-on-year growth since its creation in 2004 - recording turnover of over £12m this year and handling in excess of £400million property transactions annually - and hopes the life insurance service will further strengthen its position in the market and increase business growth.
The life insurance offering will be available on a fixed-rate basis to homeowners with properties bought for £200,000 or above. Arc’s flat-rate model offers cheaper premiums than most providers due to the fact that the firm does not take a commission from insurance companies.
