UIA launch new home insurance brand

UIA Insurance have launched a new brand, Together Mutual, which hopes to become an industry leader it its treatment of customers and high level of round the clock service.

The brand has been launched with a customer service focus with all call centres, based in the UK, open 7 days a week 24 hours a day with personal claims managers allocated to customers to help them through a claim process from beginning to end.

Together Mutual’s parents company is UIA who have been an industry player for over 123 years and as a mutual company Together Mutual is owned by its shareholders. The new brand has been launched with the promise to offer consumers a fair deal with their home contents policies.

 

Ian Cracknell, Chief Executive of Together, comments:

"Our recent research on the state of the nation’s customer service uncovered that customers have a traditional approach when it comes to service. To put it simply, UK customers like a friendly face and a good attitude and they like this type of service to be available to them when they most need it.

Our call centres, based in the UK, are open 7 days a week 24 hours a day and our personal claims managers are there to help the customer through a claim process from beginning to end."
