The sessions, designed for equity release advisers who want to be experts in their field, will take place on Thursday 31st January in Bury, Greater Manchester and will be held at the Village Hotel, Waterfold Business Park, Rochdale Road, Bury, BL9 7BQ. The Masterclass begins at 9.45am for a 10am start and finishes at 12.30pm. Free parking is available and lunch will be available for all delegates.
The event is free for all equity release advisers and has been designed for those who wish to reach the highest advice standards in this marketplace.
This year’s events follow the same format as last year but with four new expert speakers covering a different range of topics which will be particularly relevant to those operating in this sector. The subjects and speakers are:
- Looking at Bridgewater’s products, longevity, the market and introducers, etc. Chris Prior, Business Development Manager, Bridgewater Equity Release.
- Navigating your way through the range of equity release products available – Stuart Wilson
- How State benefit issues affect equity release clients – Gareth Morgan, Managing Director, Ferret Information Systems
- Working through the equity release client journey after the sale – Ann Johnson, Operations Manager, Bridgewater Equity Release
The Masterclass is aimed at those advisers already active in the equity release sector but looking to develop their understanding of current market issues and further develop their client service proposition.
Further Masterclass sessions will be held in March in London and Solihull, and in May in Bournemouth.
