The portal's dashboard will display key information including active referral cases with real-time updates and will enable advisers to make referrals directly from the portal.
Advisers can monitor how client cases are progressing as the portal will provide data on key milestones including appointments attended, valuations and offers issued.
Key's enhanced digital offering also includes an upgraded website with a commission calculator for advisers.
