These forums - open to all financial advisers - will look to provide attendees with an update on the progress of the Pension Reform Consultation as well as the Care Act.   The potential implications of these new pieces of legislation on advisers and their clients will then be reviewed with plenty of opportunity for detailed questions.

Eight morning sessions which will offer 2.5 hours of structured CPD accreditation will take place in the following locations:

- 9 September Airth Castle, Airth, Stirlingshire
- 10 September Rudding Park, Harrogate, Yorkshire
- 16 September Newmarket Racecourse, Newmarket
- 17 September Shrigley Hall, Nr Macclesfield, Cheshire
- 18 September Hinckley Island, Hinckley, Leicestershire
- 23 September Aztec Hotel, Almondsbury,  Bristol
- 24 September Burford Bridge Hotel, Box Hill, Dorking
- 25 September Guoman Charing Cross, London

Andrew Megson, Managing Director of Retirement, Partnership said:

“April 2015 - when arguably the biggest shake up of the pension’s arena and care sector for many years is due to take place – is only eight months away!  Advisers need to be able to not only provide their clients with reassurance in the run up to these changes but also prepare to provide the same high quality of advice is a fundamentally different world.

“Partnership is therefore hosting 8 CPD adviser forums across the UK.  These events will provide intermediaries with the opportunity to deepen their understanding around the legislation and its implications as well as to speak to others who have the same questions and concerns as they do.”
