Richard Deacon, Sales & Marketing Director of Masthaven Bridging Finance, said:

“The fact that nigh on half of the 502 intermediaries who voted thought that a good reputation is the main criteria when choosing a bridging lender is very encouraging for us at Masthaven.

“As a principal lender for nearly 30 years we have built up a very good reputation in the bridging finance sector for doing what we say we will. This has been shown in the recent awards we have been fortunate enough to win for service excellence with both the NACFB and a very well known media publication.

“FSA regulation has been voted for by almost a quarter of the voters which is very interesting. Masthaven is one of only a handful of bridging lenders in the market place that is FSA regulated and we are seeing a steady stream of FSA regulated loans come in, and more importantly, non FSA regulated intermediaries using us as a safety net for many of their non regulated deals.”
