Sourcing candidates for a number of high profile lenders and brokerages in the bridging market, including Tiuta Plc, Masthaven Bridging Finance, West One Loans, Shawbrook Bank and Enterprise Finance, Coast's client and candidate pool is continuing to increase, covering the bridging, IFA, mortgage, banking and insurance arenas.

The company recruits for a diverse range of roles, with the most popular positions including; business development managers, underwriters, credit risk officers and compliance staff. However, Coast also assists with MD Level vacancies and non-bridging specific positions, such as HR Managers and PAs.

Senior Consultant at Coast, Kerry Stephens, said:

"We decided to become an Affiliate member of the Association of Bridging Professionals in order to maintain a sound knowledge of the market.

"The Bridging sector is a very niche area, with a close community of people who talk. I feel that Coast can lend a hand to any client or candidate wanting advice on the market, or wishing to move from their current role with the help of a specialist recruiter, whose interest is absolute discretion."

Commenting on the company's addition to the Association, Chairman of the AOBP, Jonathan Newman, added:

"We are delighted to welcome Coast to the Association. It has clearly recognised a niche market in which all our Affiliates participate.

"I hope the service they provide in recruiting specifically for the bridging market will be of great benefit to the existing Associateship."

Coast is interested in speaking with anyone currently working within the bridging sector, specifically individuals who may be looking for a new role or those who may require new staff members. The firm will be in attendance at some of this year's biggest bridging events should any companies or bridging professionals need specialist advice.
