The myintroducer.com award comes as a great boost for Shawbrook, as the winners are decided based on 3,400 votes from individuals in the financial services industry.

James Lucas of myintroducer.com said:

“Shawbrook has rapidly become a strong contender in the secured lending arena. With their market leading rates, they’ve diversified the offering for customers and opened up the secured lending market.”

Last week, Shawbrook secured the prestigious Business Moneyfacts award for Best Service from a Commercial Mortgage Provider and the bank attributed their success to the hard work and support of their staff and brokers. Shawbrook now plans to build upon its achievements and continue to develop its services and offering to enable its partners to grow.

Stephen Johnson, New Business Director at Shawbrook Bank said:

“We are all immensely proud to have been named the myintroducer.com  Secured Loan Lender of the Year and to have won the Business Moneyfacts Best Service from a Commercial Mortgage Provider award.

"When we launched Shawbrook in October 2011, we were determined to be a bank that does things differently, so for us both awards are a real endorsement from the industry and testament to the desire for a straightforward, no-nonsense lender.”

Commenting on Shawbrook’s first award, Lee Tillcock, Editor of Business Moneyfacts, said:

“Following a busy 2011 including the purchase of additional lending businesses, and a name change, Shawbrook Bank was the clear winner of this award. Displaying a flexible lending and approval approach, it has managed to combine a straightforward, no-nonsense attitude that has provided brokers with excellent customer service and common sense lending decisions.”
