"We have been improving month on month and are on track to double last year’s excellent completion results, but September has been outstanding.
"Completing nearly 40 loans ranging in size between £42k and £3.6m is testimony to our strategy over the last two years of investing in experienced underwriters and continuing to expand the strong distribution relationships we have built throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
"We are delighted that in September our average loan size has increased by 20%. This supports our belief that the market continues to grow from a position of strength and that our growth plans for 2015 can be sustained.”
A new client in September was Sameer Kanabar, Partner and Director at Mayfair based Atlas Residential and Commercial Finance Solutions who said:
“We have been monitoring the growing strength of Capital’s underwriting team over the last two years and believe that in the likes of Iain McCarrell they now have a team that is hard to better in the market. We submitted our first case in September needing to refinance our client in 14 days to avoid penalties on his £630k liability. Iain and his colleagues completed the deal in 10 days.”
Keith Aldridge added;
