Claire worked for Complete for five years between 2005 and 2010 and in the seven years since her departure from Complete, Claire has been a key member of the management team within a local financial services firm, gaining significant management and leadership skills over the period.
Her main role will be to work closely with the directors and team leaders to improve process and communication and to enhance the customer journey through technology.
