Having studied the market and patiently waited until the time was right, Complete Bridging enter the bridging arena in earnest as business volumes rise to an estimated annual projection of over £900m.
Just like their existing mortgage, loan and commercial propositions, Complete will offer a wide range of product suppliers hoping to cover most if not all bridging requirements intermediaries may have for their clients. With over 19 years experience servicing intermediaries Complete understand the importance of quick and accurate decisions, which are even more relevant in the Bridging arena.
Their panel will initially consist of many of the Bridging lenders already familiar to intermediaries such as Precise, Dragonfly, Masthaven Bridging Finance, Cheval, Tiuta, Bridgebank, UTB and Shawbrook Bank.
Their official launch day is today, Tuesday the 27th March where they will be announcing exclusive reduced rates on all Masthaven cases and will have on-site underwriters for the day for both Precise and Shawbrook Bank for immediate accurate decisions from the lenders underwriters.
