Nuala joined Fluent Money as Head of Compliance & HR earlier this year, and is now taking on a more senior role as the business drives growth and further bolsters its compliance and risk assessment measures.

The move follows a year of increased investment in the secured loan broker’s quality control services, with a number of new hires in both compliance and HR. Danielle Marsden has recently joined as compliance officer, while Nicole Cairns was appointed HR assistant. James Burton and Erin Kennedy were appointed as loans officers this summer, while Stephen Corns and Gary Ratchford will start as case managers on 1st September.

Kevin Hindley, Joint Managing Director of Fluent Money Ltd, said:

“2014 was a landmark year for the business, which exceeded expectations month on month and reached a final result far beyond the original annual target.

“Our goal this year was to invest in our people and services to facilitate further growth from our Bolton base. We have some excellent people here and are now looking forward to the impact that Nuala will have in her capacity as quality and risk director, overseeing the progress of some bright and talented new additions to the team.”

The recent recruitment drive and heightened focus on quality control at Fluent Money is a continuation of the record year celebrated in 2013, where the company helped customers borrow close to £70m that year.
