Held in the Grosvenor House’s prestigious ballroom on Park Lane, guests were treated to a three course meal before the winners of the eleven categories were announced by host for the evening, Apprentice Star, Jamie Lester.
Founder of Landlord Action, Paul Shamplina, had to undertake a ‘Dragon’s Den’ style judging process whereby he delivered a ‘live pitch’ to the PPS Dragons about the services that Landlord Action provides.
Paul comments:
“We are absolutely thrilled to have won this award.
"Delivering the pitch was the easy part because we are passionate about the rights of landlords and the service we provide to landlords all over the country, but the real hard work takes place the rest of the time, and this achievement really is testament to the whole team for the commitment they continue to provide and the results they deliver.”
After the winners were announced, Landlord Action celebrated with friends and colleagues and enjoyed the evening’s entertainment which included live performances from X Factor contestants, Katie Waissel and Treyc Cohen.
Paul concludes:
“This has been an exciting year for Landlord Action so far, especially as we were also lucky enough to win the Legal Services Awards at the Landlord & Letting Awards back in November. We certainly don’t take these achievements for granted and know that the competition was tough, but it gives us great encouragement to continue in our endeavours to support the private rented sector.”
