The rebranding comes off the back of a corporate restructuring within the Montello group of companies. The mortgage origination and servicing capability of Montello, will now operate under the LendInvest brand. Montello will evolve into a pure funds management business, which will manage the three existing Montello funds and its institutional funding lines.
The rebranding of Montello's origination under the LendInvest brand, expands its reach from investors through to our borrowers. LendInvest was the world's first peer-to-peer marketplace for real estate mortgages, and has grown rapidly.
LendInvest CEO, Christian Faes, commented:
