Enterprise Finance - which specialises in the safe distribution and packaging of secured loans, bridging finance, complex BTLs and commercial mortgages - has been working with Openwork since 2005.
In Q4 2014 Openwork conducted a detailed market review, inviting tenders from key players across the industry, and as a result chose Enterprise Finance as the exclusive provider of secured loans and bridging finance for the next five years.
