Paradigm selects The Loan Partnership as preferred partner
Due to member demand, we have been looking at our specialist lending panel and after reviewing a number of market options, we are very pleased to be able to announce this new relationship

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added master broker, The Loan Partnership, to its panel as a new preferred specialist lending partner.

Products available to Paradigm member firms and their clients via The Loan Partnership include second-charge mortgages up to 95% LTV on loans up to £2.5m, offering access for employed and self-employed applicants, adverse credit plans, plus interest-only options.

Also available are bridging loans with terms from one to 36 months with rates from 0.49% per month on loans up to £10m, with 75% LTV lending available for certain cases.
