Hugh will be responsible for implementing the overall strategy into the region whilst supporting CSS surveyors and delivering on client expectations.
He has worked in the property sector for over 30 years and joins CSS following 14 years as a senior regional surveyor at SDL Surveying. Prior to that he was an associate partner at Simmons & Sons estate agency and started his career as a negotiator at Woolwich Property Services.
He has long-standing experience in joint high valuation inspections (£3m+) and compliant high value process design, with a specialist interest in green mortgages, domestic EPC retrofit and non-traditional property.
