Specialist lender Quantum Mortgages has announced the appointment of Emma Niblett as its new chief experience officer (CXO).
Emma returns to Quantum after a career break spent travelling with her family. She was previously part of the founding team and played a crucial role in the lender’s launch to market in 2022, heading up the technology operations division - now part of her expanded remit as CXO.
In her new role, Emma will lead Quantum’s customer experience strategy, focusing on enhancing satisfaction and loyalty across every touchpoint.
As part of the executive team, she will work closely with all departments to ensure a customer-centric approach that also delivers positive outcomes for its intermediary partners.
Jason Neale, founder and CEO at Quantum Mortgages, said: “Quantum was founded with a clear objective: to give brokers and landlords greater product choice, supported by modern, common-sense lending criteria. Emma played a pivotal role in our early success and the launch of Quantum in 2022. Her return marks an exciting milestone as we continue to evolve our proposition and invest in delivering the best possible experience for our customers and intermediary partners. We’re thrilled to welcome her back.”
Emma added: “Customer experience has always been at the heart of what we do, and I’m proud to be returning to Quantum to help drive that forward. This role is about more than just ticking boxes - we're setting a new benchmark for service in specialist lending. It’s about demonstrating our commitment to delivering excellence, and ensuring every interaction with Quantum provides genuine value for our customers and intermediary partners.”
