Finova has announced a new partnership with Leeds Building Society, enabling brokers to submit applications free of charge through Agentic Apply for a three-month introductory period.
Finova is also offering every broker who signs up to its whole-of-the market application tool three free applications, to any lender, for a limited introductory period.
Agentic Apply works with every lender in the UK market (apart from Virgin Money and Kensington) and covers purchase, remortgage, rate switch, porting and additional borrowing cases across residential, buy-to-let, let-to-buy and joint borrower sole proprietor (JBSP) mortgages all in one place.
It uses AI to remove the re-keying of customer information, so data captured during the fact-find flows directly into any lender’s application portal.
Since its beta launch on 24th September, Agentic Apply has processed over 1,000 applications. Each one saves brokers a minimum of 30 minutes, and in many cases up to 3-4 hours.
Agentic Apply also supports multi-DIPs. From a single fact find, brokers can request decision in principles from multiple lenders at once, with no re-keying and no logging into different portals. The AI completes all of the submissions at once and returns them to the broker for review, so they can find the right lender faster. Brokers stay in control throughout, and nothing is submitted until they click submit.
Gareth Richardson, CEO of Finova, said: “Brokers should be spending their time advising customers and helping them navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, not repeatedly entering the same information into different systems. We launched Agentic Apply to tackle exactly that challenge.
“The response we’ve seen in under a month shows clear demand for this technology. Processing over 1,000 applications in such a short period is a strong start, but this is only the beginning. Our partnership with Leeds Building Society, alongside our wider introductory offer, will give more brokers the opportunity to experience the benefits first-hand and see how AI can transform the way they work.”
James O’Reilly, head of intermediary partnerships at Leeds Building Society, said: “Brokers are central to helping us deliver our purpose of putting homes within reach of more people, so we’re always looking for ways to make it easier and more efficient for them to do business with us.
“We spend a lot of time listening to our intermediary partners about what would make a genuine difference to them. That’s why we’re pleased to support Finova as it rolls out Broker Hub and Agentic Apply, giving brokers another option to reduce repetitive administration while keeping them firmly in control of the application.
“As a founding partner, brokers will be able to use Agentic Apply free of charge when submitting Leeds Building Society cases during the introductory period. We hope that gives more brokers the opportunity to try the technology for themselves and see how it could help them spend less time on admin and more time supporting their customers.”
