Specialist buy-to-let lender, Fleet Mortgages, has promoted Chris Barwick and Katy Williams to the newly-created roles of regional sales manager.
Chris and Katy will continue in their senior business development manager positions while also taking on additional responsibility for leading and developing other BDMs.
Chris will continue to cover the North East region, while Katy will continue to oversee the Midlands, alongside their new management responsibilities.
Chris brings extensive experience in mortgage lending, having previously worked as both an adviser and an underwriter, alongside a number of management roles during his career.
In his new role, Chris will combine his ongoing work with brokers in his region with responsibility for supporting the development and performance of the wider field BDM team.
Katy has worked in financial services since 2011, building experience across mortgages, commercial finance and bridging loans both as a broker and within a packager.
She has also continued to build her professional credentials, completing her DipMAP last year and achieving the highest score to date in the Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance examination.
