Hope Capital Property Finance has announced a new partnership with gunnercooke Scotland to launch no upfront legal undertaking for residential bridging loans in the region.
The new initiative applies to residential loans up to £1 million, enabling borrowers to proceed with their applications without paying legal fees in advance.
The feature can be combined with Hope Capital Property Finance’s other fast-track features, including the potential to qualify for instant valuations, desktop valuations, full title insurance and more.
Hope Capital Property Finance’s residential bridging loans in Scotland are offered at a flat rate of 0.85% at 75% LTV across a wide range of projects, from light and medium refurbishments to more complex structural works.
