Hope Capital promotes Kate Cowan to chief financial and operating officer 

Kate joined Hope Capital in 2019 as finance director and was promoted to chief financial officer in 2023.

Hope Capital Property Finance has promoted Kate Cowan to chief financial and operating officer (CFOO).

Kate joined Hope Capital in 2019 as finance director and was promoted to chief financial officer in 2023. 

In her time at the lender, Kate has led investment initiatives and played a pivotal role in the development and launch of new products. 

In her new role as CFOO, Kate will continue to lead the finance department while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, strengthening operational efficiencies across all areas of the organisation. 

Kate Cowan said: “I’m incredibly proud to step into the role of CFOO at such an exciting time for the business. Having been part of Hope Capital Property Finance’s journey for several years, I’ve seen first-hand how the team, the culture and the proposition have evolved.
