Molo appoints Lynne French as COO

Lynne joins from Chetwood Bank where she oversaw both of the Bank’s lending brands – CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries and ModaMortgages.

Specialist buy-to-let lender, Molo, has appointed Lynne French as chief operating officer (COO).

Lynne brings extensive operational expertise across the mortgage sector, most recently serving as director of secured lending operations at Chetwood Bank where she oversaw both of the Bank’s lending brands – CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries and ModaMortgages. 

She has also held senior roles at Masthaven Bank, Magellan Home Loans and Fleet Mortgages.

In the newly created role, Lynne will be responsible for scaling Molo’s operational platform, while attaining a high level of service for brokers and their clients. She will also play a key role in maximising the lender’s recent strategic partnerships with OMS and LMS. 

In addition, Martin Sims, distribution director, now joins the leadership team. The leadership team is led by Matt Kimber, CEO of Molo and ColCap UK, and is comprised of Ryan Benton, finance director; Paolo Tanca, UK treasurer; Rebecca Connor, chief technology officer; Julie Eastty, head of compliance; Roy Armitage, director of servicing and Sharon Sohal, head of people.
